Stay away from this...DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!Apr 17, 2013
By Robert Tucker Once ordered I never was provided any entrance to a download site or web page that would help. Looked some up my self and never really found anything helpful. Since this is only a sale by Amazon I wrote Creative Labs and explained by problems and frustration at the lack of assistance. I was also in touch with Amazon and they at least were assisting in the process. Finally heard from Creative labs and and they stated they DO NOT support this software. Would have been nice to have communicated that to the Amazon and for Amazon to take down the advertisement, but it worked out and I received a refund from Creative almost instantly! Bought Creatives external USB sound device....it is a WINNER!
