Ever take pictures and run out of juice in your battery. Thats why you need a backup battery that you can keep fully charged and ready to use when that time arrives.

What else is there to say, it's a battery, for the VADO HD and it works well. Always takes a charge then slowly depletes, then it takes another charge....

I charged this before I went to a wedding in a neighboring state. I brought my computer so I could charge this batter via USB, but I never needed to. I had this camera in my purse for two weeks. I played with the camera for several days, showing to everyone, and it drew a lot of attention. This is now the third week and it's still showing FULL charge!!!! What a gem!
