I hate it!Sep 18, 2012
I've only had this mp3 player for several hours and I already hate it. I've had a creative zen product before which was MUCH better, whatever they were pumping out in 2007 was much better than this crap. The touch sensitive buttons don't respond well, the option button doesn't respond at all. It uses windows media player to manage music, and is a pain in the ass to sync. The font and organization system look straight out of the early 90's. I should have just paid the $100 extra dollars and just got an ipod. I wish the return policy included a clause for absolutely hating the product. Do not buy this piece of crap.

Bluetooth did not workJul 19, 2011
Received this M300 at the end of June. The bluetooth feature does not work. The unit locks up when searching for bluetooth devices and has to be rebooted. If Creative fixes the SW in this product it could be a great portable system for excercise. Returned it as Creative support did not have a clue.

Select another mp3playerAug 15, 2011

This player does not have it's own software like Creative Centrale or the Zen V Media Explorer available for other Creative Products. They recommend using Windows Media Player... If I knew it involved using this program I never would have selected the M300. If you do make the purchase, like me you'll be sorry. Just setting up a playlist seems like a pain. Hopefully someone at Creative will write a program for this player, otherwise it might be time for an Ipod.

"I will not give it 5 stars, unless I would read it again!"
From the first I thought I would not like this player but once I figured out how to set the sensitivity on the navigation sites I was more than pleased with it. My only real complaint is all the hassle I had to go thru to find that touch sensitivity info. It's only locked up on me once and that was my fault by hitting 2 things at the same time and it reset easily with a handy pin. The biggest plus it the bluetooth : ) This is the feature that sold me on the device and I am more than pleased with it. I read complaints that it was hard to set up but I had no issues.
Really like this productJul 10, 2012
I wish I would have gone with the 16GB instead of the 8GB. I have already used all but about 1GB and only have about half the music I want to load on it. Guess I will need to look at up grading at Christmas, purchase the 16GB for my Christmas present.
