AmazingOct 20, 2010
I love these headphones! I have been using them for over a month now and I am still amazed at how good they sound. They have crisp highs and deep lows neither of which are overpowering. They fit perfectly in my ear and don't fall out easily. The in-line Microphone is good, some people have reported that I sound a little quieter than normal, but can still hear me perfectly. I use these with my android phone and it works perfectly. The only con would be the price, but you get what you pay for in sound quality.
Excellent earbudsMar 05, 2014

I have small ears, so I was looking for the smallest earbuds possible, that still sounded great. That was the most important thing because I hate muddy sound. These are AMAZING regardless of whether you are looking for small earbuds or not. They fit perfectly and I find are most comfortable when I loop them up and over my ears. The have brilliant highs and deep base. The mids are slightly understated, which is exactly how I like it.
I've owned two pairs. The second pair I bought soon after the first because I liked them so much I wanted a second pair on hand. The first one finally wore out after 3 or 4 years of daily use in the NYC subway. The second I accidentally lost on the street when they fell out of my pocket. I had been using those for a year and they in perfect condition.
My only gripe is that there is a tiny screen that covers the speakers that will fall out after a couple of years of use. Not a big deal, except that if that got stuck in your, that probably wouldn't be good. I never had any problems with that. Those little screens just sort of disappeared one day, but I guess it's possible they could come out in your ears so watch them. If they get loose, just pluck them off. The speakers will be unaffected. I used my headphones for years with out them.
Great fit, good sound..Oct 16, 2010

These earbuds fit comfortably in-ear. They have a swivel allowing a more custom fit. The sound is great too!

Terrible customer serviceJan 19, 2011
By Not happy with Creative Labs!
These headphones are decent but I would NOT recommend buying them. I lost one of the three different sets of rubber inserts that are given with them, which happen to be the only set that worked for my ear. When I called customer service they told me that they cannot give or sell me a replacement set. If I pay $100 for a set of earphones I fully expect to be able to get a replacement rubber earpiece that enables me to use them, or at the VERY least be able to buy them.
