Used the HS-600 this AM for a Skype call on a MacBook Pro. The headset has 2 prong settings - one for mic, the other for speaker. I connected them into a USB Plantronics stick.
Sound recorded clearly, however, I could not hear my voice through the headset. Tried various settings and also on my iMac, however, problem persists. Not sure if this is a defect in this particular headset, or a flaw in design? Not being able to hear my voice clearly creates a rather isolated and awkward experience. Found it hard to know how loudly I was speaking. By contrast, an older headset with mic has no such problem. Curious if anyone else has had this problem.
Otherwise, the headset (a bit on the heavy side) does its job.
Best to purchase small foam wind covers for the microphone. Otherwise, the sound of breath is distracting.

To large, heavy and bulky...
This was absolutely not anything near what I was expecting. In the past, a HS-600 headset meet all my needs but the present design is absolutely NOT USEABLE.

It has a great sound, sounds just like theater.
The downside is that they are too tight sometimes. I wear them for 10 mins consecutive, then I gotta take them off for like 5 seconds and put them back on for another 10 mins. Other days I can wear them for hours non-stop.
If you have worn tight headphones before then I highly recommend you this, else you might think twice before buying this.
