These were a birthday gift for my daughter, very cute headphones, however, no sound comes out! we were disappointed with this purchase.

While Creative promotes itself as a cheap-man's Bose, suggesting that it's offering high-quality audio products, the company's rhetoric falls far short of its promise. Creative HQ-1450 headphones do not offer especially good sound quality and its bare-metal clip is very uncomfortable and the earphones are too small to effectively cover my ears. In sum: OK acoustics, lousy design, low price.

I have ordered this item (black/white) twice this week. What do I have now? two GREEN HQ 1450 headphones. When I ordered and received the first one which was wrong, two customer representatives I talked to said it is a very rare case and should not happen again. They urged me to order the same headphone, but today what I received is the same GREEN headphone not black/white. Now I need to contact with customer service yet again and have two headphones to return.
Edited on Jan 15: I ordered 3rd one since the product name now has '(black)' in it - the change was made after I spoke with Creative Labs representative. However, not surprisingly, what I received again was GREEN headphone.
