Not durable and not well supportedNov 13, 2011
By Picky Paula The sound quality was okay, but the two pair of Creative EP-430s I bought didn't last three months -- and that's three months for BOTH, not three month for each pair.
I used to be a big fan of Creative, having owned six Zen players over the past five years (lots of listening time), but each model I buy is less usable than the previous design. The Creative website has become very user-UNfriendly, not providing actual email contact, only extremely demanding fill-in-the-blank forms. And the machine I reached at the phone number provided by Amazon does not accept any messages. So I gave up trying to obtain warranty replacement on these earbuds -- too much brain damage.
Therefore, although my own experience is that most earbuds are not very durable, at least JLabs and Skullcandy (so far) will replace them when they fail, so don't waste your time and money on Creative earbuds.
Great for podcastsOct 01, 2012
By Rodolfo N Rodarte I use these to listen to Alison Rosen, Bill Burr and a bunch of other podcasts. So, if you're going to listen to your loss less FLAC files of The London Philharmonic Orchestra, I can't help you. If you're walking around the neighborhood, listening to comedy or Bill Simmons, this will fit the bill. Great for the price. Also, these earphones come with different silicone tips, so you can pick the one that best fits your ears.

Poor wiringJan 27, 2010
By Joseph S. Cascio We didn't have these headphones long and the wiring already has a crack on the interior where it connect to the IPod. Others have had the same problem with these very small wiring turning, bending, than break on the inside.
