It did not work. It made the sound coming out of my laptop scratchy and messed up. I return it immediately. Don't buy this....

I purchased the creative USB X-FI GO! Pro about 4 months ago, I can tell you that it works very well. I'm using it on a 64bit/Windows 8 with no problems. It adds very good sound processing to my laptop. No pop-crackles-fades etc. The software that comes with it are very practical, a good Equalizer/Effects processor (cave, room, jazz club simulations)All in all I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fast and easy why to improve on their laptop sound system.
